Mary Ann Garner (1803 - ?)

This photo has been hand-colored, perhaps by Edward Ernest Palmer, as he also hand-colored a number of his Indian photos and Arizona landscapes.

Written on the back are the words, "Grandmother Palmer, mother of William Palmer (in England)." This was probably written by Myrtle Palmer or her mother Mary Virginia.

There are a number of other notes, many of them errors.

Sharon added "If this is the mother of William G. Palmer, then it is Mary Ann Garner Palmer."
