Perhaps this is where he developed his
interest in gardening,
which he pursues avidly now that he has retired.
Following graduation from the University of Redlands and a stint in the Navy, Ron spent his professional career in public relations with several major firms. He retired from Litton Guidance Systems, where he edited the company newspaper and served as community liaison on several committees, notably rapid transit.
